Dear Editor, Over the past while it seems I’ve read a lot of disparaging words against our health care in Maple Creek. We have lived here over 15 years and wouldn’t think of living elsewhere! Yes, our medical system needs major help and our hospital needs to be replaced. I have spent many weeks over the past 15 years in our hospital so I do know the importance of good health care. I have never been treated badly or ignored. I always received excellent care and given a reason to smile. The staff are suffering from the same problems as we do, but they still smile and do the very best for their patients. I take my hat off to all the staff as they need an encouraging word once in a while and a pat on the back instead of being snarled at. So keep up the good work and you are all appreciated.
