glennie – Shirley Lena Glennie of Maple Creek passed away Jan. 31, 2010 at the age of 82 years. She was predeceased by her husband Harold in 2004. She is survived by her children Charles of Maple Creek and Colleen of Edmonton; and her granddaughter Darian of Maple Creek. Shirley came to the Maple Creek area as a young woman. She taught school in Maple Creek. Funeral services were held at Binkley’s Funeral Chapel in Maple Creek, Sask. on Wed., Feb. 3 at 3:30 p.m. with Lynn Needham officiating. Interment took place at the Maple Creek Cemetery. Active pallbearers were Val Martinaeu, Darian Glennie, Chuck Glennie, Sherri Sustrate.
