Rider Pride
Posted on November 26, 2013 by Maple CreekRider Pride reached a new high on Nov. 24 when the Saskatchewan Roughriders soundly defeated the Hamilton Tiger Cats 45-23 to win the 101st Grey Cup. Fans spilled out onto the streets to celebrate the victory. This group of revellers rode around town in the back of a pick-up truck waving the Rider flag and cheering. Pictured (from left) is Kelly Wenzel, John Scott, Corinne Forsythe, Ray Moore, Jenna Moore, Linda Wenzel, Susan Burton and Kim Reznechenko. Wayne Burton and Casey Reznechenko were chauffeuring the group around town.
