Cold Snap.
Posted on January 7, 2015 by Maple CreekA CP Rail worker hammers a rail back together on the east side of town on Jan. 6 after it split apart in the cold temperatures. The mercury dropped to a frigid -30.3 C on Sunday. Workers lit a fire along the rail to heat it up and pound it back into place.
