A single-vehicle accident near Success has claimed the life of a 25-year-old Swift Current man.
Swift Current Rural RCMP responded to the accident on Feb. 3 at about 8 p.m. on a grid road five kilometres east of Success. Upon arrival, investigators found a silver half-ton pick up truck on its side in a field. The lone male occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. An RCMP traffic accident re-constructionist was called to assist in the investigation. Alcohol is considered to be a factor in the collision. Permission has not been received from family members to release the name of the deceased. |
