MACK - Cheryl Judith Mack (nee McPherson) ~ June 11, 1951 – April 3, 2013
Cheryl Judith Mack of Mirror, Alberta passed away in Stettler on April 3, 2013 at the age of 61 years. Cheryl is survived by her life partner James Middlemiss, son John Mack, daughters Kathy (Duncan) Patterson and Diana (Shamus) Kelly, granddaughters Sydney and McKenzie Patterson and by her siblings Daniel (Lamont) McPherson, David (Josephine) Truro, Donna (Graham) Beauchamp, Dale (Betty) McPherson as well as Jim’s family – Donald (Janet) Middlemiss, Hal (Della) Middlemiss, Cheryl (Mark) McMillan, seven step-grandchildren, one step great granddaughter and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

CODERRE - Marie Winifred
Winnie passed away on March 29, 2013 at Maple Creek Union Hospital at the age of 87 years.
Marie Winifred was born on Dec. 27, 1925 in Salford, England to John Francis and Rosetta (McKee) Bryne. The Second World War broke out when she was 13 years old, she became a cook and welder in the British Army.

GARISSERE - Eunice Harriett Garissere, 87, passed away at Emerald Park, Sask. on March 3, 2013.
Eunice was born in Maple Creek, Sask. to the late Margaret and David Bowyer on June 7, 1925. She married Jean Garissere on Feb. 16, 1944.
They ranched in the Cypress Hills until they retired to Maple Creek in 1991. They later transitioned to the William Albert House in Emerald Park, Sask.

PURVES - James Stanley Purves passed away March 10, 2013 at the age of 87 at South Country Village in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
He was born Sept. 8, 1925 in Maple Creek.
Stanley farmed at Golden Prairie with his parents then moved to the Piapot area to ranch. He was very proud of his Hereford cattle. He sold his place and retired to Medicine Hat.
Stanley was predeceased by his parents Robert and Olive, his brothers George and wife Ester, Wesley, and sister Isabel and husband Roger Greeley and their son Marvin.
He is survived by his sister-in-law Jean Purves and many nieces and nephews.
Interment will take place in the spring.

PARSONAGE - Laura Louise Parsonage passed away in the Maple Creek Hospital on March 2, 2013.
She was born in the Medicine Hat Hospital on December 5, 1912 to Bertha and Lawrence Wilkes of the Oxarat District north of Consul, Sask. She attended school at both Oxarat and West Plains Schools.
On November 30, 1936 Laura married Graham Parsonage from the Merryflat District where they ranched and raised their family along the banks of Battle Creek.
