Sheasby – In loving memory of Olive Sheasby.
For over 34 years, she played the piano at Heritage Park. Played the songs that took us back to a quieter time. We sang, we hummed and often we forgot the words–but our feet tapped and our hearts smiled at the memories she brought us.
Born in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan, she also lived in Regina, Saskatoon and Calgary. Her passion and love of life was evident in the “Roaring Twenties” and “Gay Nineties” musical revues - shows she produced, directed and starred in, with her troupe of entertainers. She will be lovingly remembered by her children – Betty and Wayne Teece, her sister Marj Boyer, nieces Carol (and Ralph) Meir and Bev (and Ed) Bath and all who knew her.
And now Olive… when we hear snatches of songs from yesteryear, we will hum along and remember you!
If you would like to attend her memorial, please contact wayne@ cleansuite.com by Thurs., March 4.
