Deep Freeze
Posted on December 9, 2013 by Maple CreekFrost frames a CP Rail police officer’s face during the Holiday Train performance on Friday. The -36 C temperatures which plunged to -45 C with the wind chill made for a brutally cold event. The cold snap continued over the weekend with temperatures dropping to -40 C, but residents were given some reprieve yesterday when the temperature rose to about -10 C.
